Whether it’s a residential or commercial space, the planning phase of the construction starts with the concept. Shamuzzi Contracting carefully analyses the concept and designs before initiating a plan for construction.
The approval stage is comprised of getting government approvals, permits and insurances, Detailed MEP and interior design of the project, Choosing and approving materials. This takes up to 40 working days.
Fit-out, Furniture, Fixture and Equipment, and all other MEP works follow in the next steps. We merely install high-end pre-approved fixtures in the project. This may take upto 20-45 days but may take more days depending upon requirements.
The final step is the handover to client. All the necessary work needed for hand-over might take upto 10 working days.
