Whether it’s a residential or commercial space, the planning phase starts with the concept. Casa Shamuzzi carefully analyses the concept and designs before initiating a plan for construction.
The approval stage consist of approving all the designs by the client and from the government should there be any requirement of approval from the government.
Fit-out, Furniture, Fixture and Equipment, and all other MEP works follow in the next steps. We merely install high-end pre-approved fixtures in the project. This may take upto 20-45 days but may take more days depending upon requirements.
The final step is the handover to client. All the necessary work needed for hand-over might take upto 10 working days.
